SNAP Collaboration Conference 2007

cutaway image of SNAP The SNAP collaboration meeting will be held September 25-27, 2008 at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Please note that this is a closed meeting. Only members of the SNAP collaboration may attend.

The registration form link is now active. Please use the registration link on the sidebar menu to register by close of business on Monday, September 22.

The fee is $15 per each day, or $45 for the three day meeting. There will be a collaboration dinner on Thursday evening at the GSFC. The charge for the dinner is $20.

Foreign Nationals: If you are not a U.S. citizen, please complete the "Foreign Visitor Information Sheet" and fax to Sandy Barnes at the GSFC. Sandy's fax number is 301-286-1215. Please note that this form must be filled out by all non-U.S. citizens, including permanent residents or "green card" holders. Please submit the completed form at your soonest, but not later than August 29, 2008. GSFC requires these forms to be submitted at least 30 days prior to your visit. For those individuals affiliated with sensitive or terrorist sponsoring countries, please submit the form immediately.

The format of the three day meeting will be a combination of plenary and breakout sessions. The plenary sessions will be held in the building 3 auditorium, and the breakout sessions in the three adjacent conference rooms and the auditorium. A collaboration dinner will be held on the first day.
