The SNAP collaboration meeting will be held May 15-17, 2008 at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, IL.

See who else has signed up. Please use the registration form to sign up. Payment may be made online via credit card, or cash may be accepted by special arrangement. The early registration fee is $50, with the fee waived for students.

The conference banquet will feature a Chicago-style Pig Roast with Buffalo Burgers and vegetarian delights at the Fermilab Barn. The early registration charge for the banquet is $30.

The registration fee and banquet charge increase by $10 each after May 1st.

A number of hotels near Fermilab offer special rates. The Fermilab housing office has rooms available, too. Contact them by phone or by email.

There are restaurants recommended by theorists and graduate students in the area.

Transportation to and from FNAL is easy, especially if you rent a car at O'Hare or Midway and drive. You will need to present identification at the security gate to enter the Fermilab site. Please let them know that you are attending the SNAP collaboration meeting in Wilson Hall.

The banquet will be a Chicago-style Pig Roast, with Buffalo Burgers and a fine assortment of vegetarian delights, featuring music by Cadillac Dave and his Chicago Redhots. It will be at the Fermilab Barn, near the User's Center and Chez Leon on the east side of the FNAL campus.
