Conference Hotel Block Room Reservation Information

If you plan to attend the SNAP Collaboration Meeting (June 1-3, 2006) and require lodging, please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. We have block room reservations at these two hotels:

1) Doubletree Berkeley Marina Hotel (block of rooms reserved until May 10, 2006)

2) Hotel Durant (block of rooms reserved until May 1, 2006)

Doubletree Berkeley Marina (three star hotel). Government Rates are: $100 (Single), $100 (Double), $110 (Triple), $120(Quad). Block room reservation for 30 rooms are for May 31 through June 3 (check-out), and is valid through Wednesday, May 10, 2006.

To make a reservation:
Please call the hotel (510-548-7920) by May 10th to make your reservations.  To obtain the government rate, please let them know that you are with the "SNAP" group or the three letter code, "SNA".  You will then need to give them your credit card information to make the reservation.

 

Hotel Durant: Government rate is $100. Block room reservations for 15 rooms are for May 31 through June 3 (check-out), and is valid through Monday, May 1, 2006.

To make a reservation:
Please call the hotel at (510) 845-8981 by May 1st to make your reservations.  To obtain the government rate, please let them know that you are with the "SNAP-LBL" group.  You will then need to give them your credit card information to make the reservation.
